Before manually setting up AirTalk Wireless MMS on iPhone, enable MMS on iPhone by navigating to Settings > Messages then enable MMS.

Doublecheck to ensure that the APN Type is set to default, supl, mms, fota as this is the setting that ensures MMS is set on your AirTalk Wireless phone. Specifically the mms part of the APN type. Copy and paste if necessary.
Both AirTalk Wireless APN and MMS settings are normally set up automatically. Delete all AirTalk APN settings then remove your SIM card. Restart your phone then insert your SIM once more. Your Phone should automatically prompt you to install new APN configurations. Save then install the new configuration settings.
