Life Wireless MMS Settings for iPhone and Android Devices

Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) Settings for Life Wireless. To successfully send and receive Multimedia messages, set up Life Wireless APN and have an active SIM with an active Life Wireless plan. You also need to be in a place with the network coverage. Life Wireless uses AT&T network to offer its services so network coverage is wide in the United States.

MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) is used to share pictures, videos, and audio messages. iMessage for Apple devices and Rich Communications Service (RCS) have proven worthy competitors to this but still worth setting up just in case someone sends you a message.

Life Wireless MMS Settings for iPhone

To set up Life Wireless MMS settings o iPhone, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then reset the network. Your device should then automatically configure MMS settings otherwise set them manually as shown below.

Navigate to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input Life Wireless MMS under the MMS section.

  • APN: att.mvno
  • Username: (leave this blank)
  • Password: (leave this blank)
  • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Proxy: 80
  • MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
  • MMS UA Prof URL: www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf

Save by clicking the back arrow then restart your iPhone.

Life Wireless MMS Settings for Android Devices

To set up Life Wireless MMS on Android devices, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names for Samsung Galaxy devices and Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select SIM > Access Point Names for other Android devices then tap on (+) to add new APN. You can find APN page for various devices. Input the MMS settings below.

  • Name: Life Wireless MMS
  • APN: att.mvno
  • Username: (Not set – Leave it blank)
  • Password: (Not set – Leave it blank)
  • Proxy: (leave it blank – not set)
  • Port: (Leave it blank – not set)
  • Server: (leave it blank)
  • MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
  • MMS Port: 80
  • MCC: 310
  • MNC: 410
  • Authentication type: (none)
  • APN type: mms
  • APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
  • APN enable/disable: enabled
  • Bearer: (Unspecified)
  • Mobile virtual network operator: (none)

Save then restart your Android device.
