Simple Mobile MMS Settings for Android Devices
Simple Mobile MMS and APN settings on Android devices are set together on the same page. Set up Simple Mobile APN internet settings then restart your device. Ensure that the APN Type has mms besides default and supl. MMSC also has to be a URL.
Once these settings are set up, restart your Android device for them to take effect.
There are situations where the APN does not work as expected. Ensure that the APN is enabled and selected as active. If it does not work after this, contact Simple Mobile to look into the issue with your device.
Simple Mobile Automatic Network Configuration
Send a message to 611611 with the message APN. Save and configure the settings sent to you.
You can also reset your network configuration on your iPhone. To reset the network configuration on iPhone, navigate to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. Input your passcode then restart your iPhone. Simple Mobile Should send you new network configurations.
On Android, delete AP configurations then shut down your device. remove your SIM then restart your phone without your SIM. Insert it into your device and you should receive network configurations.
