Spectrum Mobile MMS and APN are set up together on the same page. Set up Spectrum Mobile APN internet settings and ensure that the APN Type has MMS in it. MMSC is also responsible for MMS messaging.

These settings are normally sent by the carrier when you first insert the SIM into your handset. To allow this to be done automatically, remove your SIM, delete APN profile then insert it into your device. For iPhones, reset network connections by navigating to Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
