Tello Mobile MMS (Multimedia Messaging Service) for iPhone and Android devices. To successfully send and receive MMS messages on Tello, ensure that you have an active Tello Plan and that MMS is enabled on your iPhone.
Tello MMS Settings for iPhone
To successfully send and receive MMS messages on iPhone, ensure that MMS is enabled on iPhone. Navigate to Settings > Messages > MMS then enable MMS. Proceed to set up Tello MMS settings below.
Set up Tello MMS by navigating to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network and then input the settings under MMS.

- Password: (leave this blank)
- MMSC: http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
- MMS Proxy: (leave this blank)
- MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
- MMS UA Prof URL: www.apple.com/mms/uaprof.rdf
Save then set up Tello APN internet settings. Restart your iPhone.
Tello MMS Settings for Android Devices
To set up Tello MMS setting on Android, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names for Samsung Galaxy devices and Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select SIM > Access Point Names for other Android devices then tap on + to add new APN. Input the Tello MMS settings below.
- Name: Tello MMS
- APN: service
- MMSC: http://wholesale.mmsmvno.com/mms/wapenc
- APN type: mms
- APN protocol: IPv4/IPv6
- APN enable/disable: enabled
Leave all other fields blank.
Double-check to make sure APN protocol is set to IPv4/IPv6. MMS appears not to work when the device is connected to Wi-Fi and not set or only set to IPv4.
Save the settings then set up Tello APN Internet settings. Restart your device after.
