As for the plans, it may be worth it going with one of its MVNOs like Metro by T-Mobile or Mint Mobile which have unlimited plans starting at $30 per month.

All the three T-Mobile phone plans have unlimited text, talk and data. High speed data is however capped at 50GB for the Essentials plan and 100GB for the Magenta plan.
