Access Point Name (APN) is the name of the gateway at the carrier that users use to access another network. This connects users to the public internet using a 5G, 4G LTE, or any other network. Telstra just like any other network has a unique APN that allows all other networks to connect to the internet and the specific settings are listed below for Android and iOS devices like iPhones.

Telstra APN Internet Settings for iPhone
For an iPhone or any other iOS device, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input the settings below:

- Username: (Leave blank)

Save the settings then select Telstra as the active APN. Restart your device for the settings to take effect immediately.
To set your device to pick up available networks automatically, head over to Settings > Network and Internet > Internet > Settings > Automatically Select Network. Your device will pick the best available signal.
