Lifeline Assistance Program is a government program that enables people to stay connected to their families, school, work or more through subsidizing phone bills for eligible citizens.
The free lifeline phone services include unlimited text, 1000 minutes and 4.5 GB of high-speed data. Once you are out of this data plan, you can opt to buy a top-up or use it with slower speeds.
Access Wireless ACP
Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is an FCC federal government program that provides eligible households switch discounted broadband internet. This includes unlimited minutes to call and unlimited text. The unlimited data includes 10GB of highspeed data. Once out of this high-speed data, it slows down but users can always top up the free allocations.

Access Wireless Free Phones
Access Wireless provides free phones through the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP). This means you have to prove eligibility.
When signing up, select ACP + Lifeline then select the options that say NO, I NEED A PHONE. You will have to provide more information to prove that you are eligible. If you are eligible for the ACP program then you are eligible for a free phone.

Sprint was acquired by T-Mobile in April 2020 and transferred all its customers to Sprint. This then means Access Wirelessโs underlying carrier is T-Mobile.
