Unity Wireless access point name (APN) settings are required to be set up on devices that that Unity Wireless SIM so as to allow network services and internet access over 4G and 5G network. You must have an active Unity Wireless SIM or eSIM, an active data plan, that’s ACP for Unity Wireless, and be in an area with network connectivity.

Unity Wireless APN Settings for iPhone
Navigate to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then add the APN settings below.

Leave the username and password fields blank.
Use the same settings under APN, LTE and MMS sections. If your device had other sections, use wholesale as their APN.
Tap the back arrow to save and restart. You may also want to enable cellular data to use mobile data services.

To set up Unity Wireless on Android devices, navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks > Access Point Names for Samsung Galaxy devices or Settings > Network & Internet > SIMs > Select SIM > Access Point Names for other Android devices.
