To set up APN an iPhone, navigate to Settings > Cellular > Cellular Data Network then input the settings below under APN, LTE, MMS and any other field available.

APN settings page on Android devices vary depending on Android version and device manufacturer. Generally, you will find it under Settings > Wireless & Internet. For Samsung Galaxy devices, Navigate to Settings > Connections > Mobile Networks then add new APN. Input the APN settings below:
