It is part of the Federal Government-sponsored Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) that provides free data, calls, and texts to eligible people. NewPhone Wireless provides both Lifeline and ACP free phone services. NewPhone Wireless partnered with T-Mobile Network to provide 4G LTE and 5G networks.
NewPhone Wireless service is an FCC licenced Eligible Telecommunication Carrier (ETC) owned by HTH Communications, LLC. The four brands under this umbrella are AirVoice Wireless, Airtalk Wireless, NewPhone Wireless and Cintex Wireless.
NewPhone Wireless Lifeline, ACP, and EBB
Lifeline phone plan is a federal government initiative to connect people who cannot afford to settle their phone bills or are part of a special needy group. It can also include people who are below a certain pay group. It varies state by state based on different criteria. To qualify, the following criteria must be met

Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a program that provides smartphones and phone plans to specific groups of people for education, Medicaid and other reasons. The ACP Qualification Criteria are specified by the FCC. They include
